Location and journey – the quickest way to find us
Driving from Munich
From the motorway Munich – Garmisch, take the Murnau exit. Then drive till Murnau and from there direction Bad kohlgrub / Steingaden. Steingaden leads you to the B17 (Romantische Strasse) directly to Füssen.
In Fuessen (crossroads with traffic lights) drive in direction Kempten till Morisse round a bout, there towards city center and Schloss Füssen (at end of the Kemptener Strasse / beginning of Luitpoldstrasse) carry on.
Turn into the pedestrian zone and drive till “Ritterstrasse”. End station is the rear alley. Drive into the alley and park at the hotel car park.
Driving from Ulm
Keep on the motorway A7 Heilbronn - Füssen until you reach Nesselwang. You then drive on the main road over Hopferau – direction Austria and Füssen.
In Füssen (crossroad with traffic lights) drive direction Kempten till Morisse round a bout is reached. From there direction town center and Schloss Fuessen. Keep on to (end of Kemptener Strasse – begin of Luitpoldstrasse).
Turn into the pedestrian zone and drive till Ritterstrasse. At stop sign, turn left in to the behind alley and park at the hotel car park.
The way from station to hotel on foot
Orientate yourself from the station always on the “Schloss Füssen”. From the station exit the castle lies half – right and then ahead on a hill overlooking the town.
Keep straight ahead in direction of town center to the Luitpold monument. From thereis about 400m down the Luipoldstrasse (turn there in to Ritterstrasse). After a few meters you will already recognize the entrance to the hotel. The whole walk will take you no more than 7 minutes.
Trains arrive in Füssen every hour. Arriving 5 minutes before and departing five minutes after the full hour.
