Covering a total area of 96 hectares, this 18-hole golf course has something for every level of golfer. Only 40% of the entire area is covered by fairways; the rest is a protected nature preservation.

The greens’ great quality is attributed to their extremely elaborate type of construction called cell system. The cell system is a water-saving irrigation system that needs more than 80% less water than customary systems and is comparable to hydroponics. All greens and drives on the entire 18-hole course have been equipped with this technology thanks to lawn specialist Josef Leinauer from Peiting, Germany.

Golfanlage Alpenseehof Golf Complex

Improve your handicap on the marvellous alpine golf course in Nesselwang. Around 12 miles from your golf hotel Zum Hechten – tucked away in the Alpine foothills on the beautiful Lake Attlesee – lies the public Alpenseehof Golf Complex. This huge training facility is the perfect place for golfers to practise during their vacation in Bavaria.

This golf facility stretches out over 55,000 m² with an over 700 m²-large multi-layer putting green, a pitch and chipping green with bunkers, a 250 m-long driving range with covered tee areas, as well as three training fairways. The local golf school also gives trial lessons and golf licence lessons here. Also offered are individual one-on-one lessons to improve handicaps as well as group trial lessons for companies or clubs.
