The BMW exhibition is located in the 120m-long Gallery of Driving Pleasure along the BMW Welt Plaza. High-quality materials, clear shapes and bright, shining colors typical of BMW define this design. City of museums & culture
It is a fact that the metropolis on the Isar River is one of the most popular cities in Germany. Munich is a city of art, Germany’s “secret capital” and above all - Munich is a city of museums! Museums with history, nonsense, jokes, alternative logic as well as some of the world’s most famous pieces of art. Munich’s museums are incredible and definitely worth seeing for yourself.
Munich also offers a wide variety of historic architecture. The city’s long history has left its mark on the city’s structure and architecture. Follow the Wittelsbach family’s tracks or dive into the middle class life of the past centuries. Despite major destruction during World War II, the city has rebuilt and regained its beautiful glow. Destroyed and damaged buildings have been lovingly restored with original details, making Munich and its historic structures a beautiful and contemporary international city. Not only is the Altstadthotel Zum Hechten in Fussen near the Neuschwanstein Castle, it is also not far from Munich, making it the perfect home base for an exciting day trip to this beautiful city.
